The RN administers nursing care for patients of all ages under the supervision of a Provider. Strong applicants will have excellent communication, leadership, conflict resolution, and patient education skills. The RN will adhere to the values of PCHS by exhibiting teamwork, communication, accountability, commitment, customer service, and professionalism, as well as meeting safety and quality standards. Certification requirements include a current Registered Nurse license for the State of Kansas. BLS, ACLS, and PALS are required within 6 months of hire. TNCC and NRP are required within 6 months of hire.
Job Duties Include:

-Work with acute, skilled, and intermediate levels of patient care.
-Administers nursing care for patients of all ages under the supervision of a Provider.
-Arrange for patient-ordered diagnostic and therapeutic services
-Excellent communication, leadership, conflict resolution, and patient education skills.
-Should have the ability to work in a team environment.
-Adhere to the values of PCHS by exhibiting teamwork, communication, accountability, commitment, -customer service, and professionalism.
-Meet safety and quality standards.

This position is Full-Time with every 3rd weekend and on a holiday rotation.

The Registered Nurse will work with acute, skilled, and intermediate levels of patient care.
