Mason Laurin and Cole Shelton place in first golf meet at Smith Center
The Varsity Golf team traveled to Smith Center April 7, to play in the annual Redmen tournament.
The team consisted of senior Cole Shelton, junior Mason Laurin and sophomores Cooper Gower, Kelcie Jacobs and Corbin Sammons.
Mason Laurin got first on the first playoff hole with a score of 79 and a par of +7, Cole Shelton trailed in fourth place with a score of 82 and a par of +10.
The team scored fifth with a score of 372 with a par of +84, their next varsity meet will be at Osborne April, 14.
