TWO screenings of The documentary movie "Ellis Trail to Nicodemus" at 2pm and 3:30pm - 54 minutes long. The documentary is about the first black settlers that arrived from Lexington, Kentucky to settle in Nicodemus, KS. Much of what they experienced is similar to those that journeyed by wagons to settle here in Phillips County.
There will also be an art exhibition at The Gallery, featuring art depicting the Ellis Trail, opening at 1pm the same day. We will have free popcorn and water. Free will donation to the Fort.
