New Life Center Hosts Kansas Supreme Court
The lawyer for the appellant explained some facts about the case to the audience.
On Tuesday, April 29, the new LIFE Center in Logan was transformed into a courtroom as the Kansas Supreme Court held a special session to hear an oral argument on Appeal No. 127,534: State of Kansas (appellee) v. Stanton S. Holt (appellant).
The session was part of an outreach program geared toward familiarizing Kansans with the role of the Kansas judiciary.
Students from at least 13 schools were present to see the court in action.
