A kindness project held by the Phillipsburg City Library The Phillipsburg City Library held their “Kindness Rocks” event on July 26th. The event was based on The Kindness Rocks Project that began in Cape Cod. The goal is to promote random acts of kindness to unsuspecting recipients.
