Kingman, KS – [August, 6 2025] – White’s Foodliner is proud to announce a strategic leadership transition that positions the company for continued growth and innovation. Effective immediately, Jordan White has been appointed Chief Executive Officer and President, while Pat White will step into a new role as Chief Visionary Officer.

White’s Foodliner has always been a family-driven business, built on the foundation laid by Joe and Frances White. This transition marks the continuation of that legacy, now carried forward by a new generation. Jordan, who has held various leadership roles within White’s Foodliner for more than a decade-including Chief Operating officer since 2017- brings a forward-thinking approach to operations, technology, and community engagement. His promotion to CEO and President marks a new era of leadership rooted in the company’s core values and energized by a focus on modernization and expansion.

“I’m honored to carry on the White’s legacy and am looking forward to continuing to work with our incredible team of leaders and associates in all eight communities,” said Jordan White. “Our commitment to our customers, communities, and employees will remain at the heart of everything we do. I look forward to building on the foundation my father and grandparents helped create.”

Jordan also serves as President of the corporation’s Board of Directors. Pat White remains on the board as Vice President, with Tonya White—wife, mother, and long-time partner in the business—serving as Secretary. Brennan White and Karly White also serve on the board, with the shared goal of preserving the values and vision that have guided White’s Foodliner since its inception.

Pat White, who has served as CEO for over 30 years, will continue to play an instrumental role in the company as Chief Visionary Officer. In this newly created position, Pat will guide long-term strategic planning and innovation efforts, ensuring the company remains deeply connected to its founding principles while adapting to an evolving marketplace.

“This transition allows me to focus on the big-picture goals I’m passionate about while fully supporting Jordan and our leadership team,” said Pat White. “I couldn’t be more proud of Jordan and the team he has built around him. They represent the future of this company, and I know that future is in good hands.”

White’s Foodliner remains family-owned and committed to the communities it serves throughout Kansas. This leadership change is part of a thoughtful, multi-year succession plan designed to strengthen the company’s future and position it for sustained success.
