Phillipsburg High School Publications Department Captures First at KSPA State Contest

Phillipsburg High School competed in the annual Kansas Scholastic Press Association state contest where they demonstrated their writing, design, illustration, photography, video and reporting skills.

Students competed in 26 different categories, organized by school size classification. Students who placed in the top six in each category earned accolades for themselves and earned team points to towards the sweepstakes placings.

Phillipsburg placed 35 entries to accumulate 142 points and earned first place in 2A.
