Phillipsburg Cross Country Concludes Season

The Phillipsburg Panthers High School Cross Country Team competed in the Phillipsburg Invitational on Oct. 9, 2025. The meet was held at the Phillipsburg Golf Course.

The Panther team competed in the junior varsity division. Freshman Valeria Hernandez finished the race in 1st place, earning her medal with a time of 26:54. Freshman Roger Riedel placed 6th in the JV race with a time of 23:47. Sophomore Brayden King finished in 12th place with a 26:54.

The Middle School Cross Country Team joined the high school at the home meet. Eighth grade runner Julia Walker placed 9th in the 2 mile, with a time of 15:54. Bryson King, a 7th grade runner, placed 38th in the 2 mile with a PR time of 30:19.

The Phillipsburg Panthers High School Cross Country Team competed in the Lakeside Invitational on Oct. 16, 2025. The meet was held at the Downs Golf Course.

Freshman runner Valeria Hernandez earned a 3rd place medal in the JV race with a time of 26:59. Freshman Roger Riedel ran a time of 23:14, finishing with a 14th place medal. Sophomore Brayden King finished in 28th place with a time of 26:45.

This race marked the end of the Panthers 2025 Cross Country season.
