Logan-Palco Drops First Contest of New Year

After winter break, Logan-Palco boys’ basketball team hosted Lakeside on Tuesday, January 6. After a slow start in the first half, Logan-Palco rallied in the second half. Their efforts, however, were not enough as they fell to Lakeside 54-46.

Leading the charge for Logan-Palco was Case Ashmore, who achieved a double double with 26 points and 15 rebounds. Ashmore also created chaos on defense with four steals.

Lakeside was led by two players in double figures Eli Schmitt with 21 and Ryker Remus with 12.

Logan-Palco will hit the road for their next outing at Wheatland-Grinnell on Friday, Jan. 9.
