Logan-Palco drops to 4-7 on the season

Logan/Palco had lost four straight on the road, but on Tuesday, Jan. 27, they dropped down to 4-7 to make it five.

They took a blow against the Rawlins County Buffaloes, falling 60-32.

Despite the loss, Logan/Palco saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Easton Gottschalk posted eight points and four steals. Those four steals set a new season-high mark for Gottschalk. Junior Talen Gottschalk added nine points, while senior Case Ashmore pulled down 11 boards.

While Logan/Palco had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, Jan, 29.
