Wheatland/Grinnell Takes Home Gold from Logan Invite

It was a big day of volleyball on Saturday in Logan with Northern Valley, Trego, Osborne, Hill City, Wheatland/Grinnell, St. John's/Tipton and Stockton players and fans swarming the LIFE Gym.

In Pool Play, Logan lost their first two matches to Wheatland/Grinnell 15-25, 14-25 and St. John's/Tipton 11-25, 9-25. The Lady Trojans rallied in their third match of the day against Stockton and had the fans on their feet as they pulled out the overtime win in the third set 27-25! (16-25, 25-22) Logan played Osborne in their final match of the day and lost 19-25, 15-25.

Wheatland/Grinnell won the tournament, with St. John's/Tipton 2nd, Trego 3rd and Hill City 4th.
