Trying to stop the Bobcat run, 6th grader Colton Ruff reaches for the flag.
On Thursday, Oct. 8, the Junior Trojans took the road to Ransom to play Western Plains.
The A-team girls lost their match in 2 sets, but the B-team girls rallied back and beat the Bobcats in the one set they played.
Due to low numbers, the football boys played flag football, giving the 6th graders their first chance of playing on the field. Although they took the loss, the boys improved throughout the game and enjoyed being a part of the action.
The junior high teams will play their final regular season games next Thursday, Oct. 15 as they host Palco at Logan.
